![]() Yay!Ĭomment by 656835If you are having a problem with your not being able to dig in the existing sites after using the Mantid Artifact Hunter's Kit or with using the Lorewalker's Map that comes with it, it may be because of having recently used another Lorewalker's Map recently. AND, the haunts that sometimes pop up at dig sites award Mogu fragments which gives you even more opportunities to make artifacts.Īs high level archeologists we are no stranger to long flights, long digs, and slow turn around but this method sped that process up which I'm sure we're grateful for.Īnyway, needless to say this saves you from flying ALL over Pandaria to flying in a generally tightly packed and tiny dig sites. AND, I was quickly able to gather the quest items for pristine artifacts which reward 3 additional Restored Artifact I was collecting Mantid fragments so quickly that I had to keep creating the artifacts just so I could pick up more fragments (they cap at 200) ![]() So you can effectivly, quickly work the smaller (which means faster) mantid sites to quickly create artifacts for turn in to Brann Bronzebeard for your Tol'Vir fragments. Additionally, the mantid artifacts usually take 50 fragments to create and you pick up an average of 8 per dig. It basically (for 24 hours) puts all of your archeology dig sites in either Townlong or Dread Wastes in a tightly packed group. But it also contains the Mantid Artifact Sonic Locator which is the real money. The Mantid Artifact Hunter's Kit contains a Lorewalker's Map which is, arguably, kind of useless, and is consumed upon one use. ![]() I thought " why would anyone need the mantid artifacts that badly? I want the Tol'Vir stuff!"
